Schedules

Ever since Eli was in Kindergarten, he has had a schedule at school-basically a piece of paper telling him what is going to happen and when.  This is very useful for children on the Autism spectrum.

Of course he may or may not always appreciate this....

The day before he started 2nd grade, we went to visit his teacher.  His helper handed him his schedule for the first day of school and he immediately turned it over and wrote on the back.... 4 Sale.

Yesterday he was at school using the computer when it started having technical difficulties which Eli does NOT handle well  AT ALL.  He became frustrated and started shouting.  His helper told him that if he was going to freak out he could not use the computer.  His response:

" I have to freak out, It's on my schedule!"
